Classification and Application Differences of Energy-saving Steel Shell Furnaces
Classification: According to the method of tilting the furnace, it is divided into hydraulic station type and reducer type.
It consists of four major parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, induction coil and insulating material.
3. Comparison: The furnace body of 1.5 tons or less is suitable for the reducer steel shell furnace. The reducer steel shell furnace is compact, flexible, occupies a small area, does not require a hydraulic station, eliminates the oil circuit part, is easy to maintain, and has a low failure rate.
Steel shell furnaces of 1.5 tons and above are suitable for hydraulic steel shell furnaces, which are highly safe and have a grand and imposing appearance.
4. Usage: In the event of a sudden power outage, the iron water in the steel shell furnace with a decelerator can be manually poured out. However, in the case of a power failure, the iron water in the hydraulic steel shell furnace cannot be poured out. Therefore, a generator set should be equipped to prevent emergencies.
