Working principle of medium frequency induction metling furnace is described as follows:
It is based on the principle " electricity produce magnetic , and magnetic produces electricity", Power source is converted into medium frequency alterating current by rectifier, then resondance occures between capacitor and induction coil inside the furnace and the medium frequency alternating current passes through the induction coil, then a strong alternating magnetic force is produced in the coil, then the alternating magnetic force let the electrons of the metal material to be melted inside the coil moves in alternating direction, then current turbine is produced, electron collides with each other to produces heat, when heat reaches the metal melting point, metal shall be melted.
