After the steel shell furnace connect with the reducer, as far the power is supplied to the reducer, it can turn over the furnace.Then, the iron water inside the furnace body will be poured out.The type under RSZ-531, the reducer have a manual crank wheel. It can be operated by hand to pour out the iron water when there is no electric power.
The structure of reducer type steel shell furnace is compact, so it is flexible, occupies a small area. Because there is no hydraulic station,without the oil circuit part, the mainenance is easy and the failure rate is low.
In the event of a sudden power outage, the iron water inside the furnace body with a reducer can be poured out manually.
Reducer also can be used on Aluminium shell furnace.
The steel shell furnace body include for parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, induction coil and insulating material.
The reducer type steel shell furnace mainly used in the situation of furnace body of 1.5 tons or less.
