Product Description

The steel shell furnace connect with the hydraulic station by oil pipe. First, fill the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station. Second, supply power to the oil pump of the station. Then the hydraulic oil will be supplied into the cylinder of the furnace. Last, there is a pressure inside the cylinder of the furnace. So the furnace will be turned over, the iron water inside the furnace body will be poured out.

The reposition of the furnace body is based on the furnace weight itself. It need not the oil pump pushing.

In the event of a sudden power outage, the iron water in the hydraulic steel shell furnace cannot be poured out. Therefore, a generator set should be equipped to prevent emergencies.

The steel shell furnace body include for parts: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke, induction coil and insulating material.

Steel shell furnace of 1.5 tons and above are suitable for hydraulic station, which are highly safe and have a grand and imposing appearance
