Working principle

Water circulates in the coils of the closed cooling tower, after heat of fluid is absorbed by the wall of the coil, then it is exhausted out by the fan on the top of the tower. When the temperature of circulating water inside the coils gets higher (exceed the set temperature), spray system will automatically start, water will be sprayed onto the damp and hot coil wall to form water film, then water film will absorb heat of coils and turn into vapor, and vapor will be carried away by the flowing air, and unevaporated water droplets shall fall into the collection tank for recycling. Water in the coils circulates in a closed loop with minimal consumption,consumption of spray water is also very low
